The30under30.com, created by Rogers Healy, a Dallas real estate broker and 2009 receipient of the NAR 30 under 30 award, is a website for the 30 under 30 alumni would provide a great meeting place for sharing ideas, networking, and referring business across the country. The30under30.com members are the REALTORS that have received NAR’s prestigious 30 under 30 award. The award is given to the top 30 REALTORS in the country, under the age of 30, and is based off production, creativity and the impact the agents have in the business.

Rogers Healy, owner/broker of Rogers Healy and Associates in Dallas, Texas, had the idea for The30under30.com after he tried to find a way to connect with fellow award winners. After spending nearly half a year collecting contact information for the winners, he launched The30under30.com.

“I’m really excited about the potential this site has. I really can’t think of someone I trust more, than other winners of the 30 under 30 award. I’ve had a hard time finding agents that work as hard as I do, so I’m confident this site will bring us all together,” said Healy.
